COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019) – TRAVEL UPDATES

Pursuant to the travel advisory issued by the Ministry of Health (MOH), we have suspended all departures from 15 March – 31st May.

Chan Brothers Prestige will be waiving all rebooking fees for bookings with departures between 15th March – 31st May 2020. Existing customers will be allowed to cancel their current booking, retain the value of their current bookings and rebook their travel with us at a later date. This will give customers with the flexibility to defer their travel plans. Affected customers have been contacted and advised of their options.

To aid this process, for all affected bookings that have been suspended due to the ‘30 Days non-essential travel ban’ advisory issued by MOH, Chan Brothers Prestige will be issuing credit vouchers with a  2 years validity period to allow customers to defer their travel plans to a later date. Affected customers have been contacted and advised of their options.

Chan Brothers Prestige will continue to review our waiver policy and will be adjusting our interim terms and conditions accordingly to accord our customers maximum flexibility.

For tours departing from 1st June 2020, we are monitoring the situation closely and assessing the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak in the coming weeks.
