Amazing Latin America: Chile & Peru Wine Tasting

Organised by Chan Brothers Prestige, Chilean Ambassador H.E James Sinclair, Peruvian Ambassador H.E. Carlos Vasquez and Latin American Chamber of Commerce, our esteemed guests were invited to an intimate wine-tasting and networking session at the Residence of the Chilean Ambassador in Singapore on the 5th August 2019.

Guests of the private event were invited to an immersive experience through food and wine over an introduction about the various travel destinations in Chile and Peru.

Guests were greeted by a wine tasting session with Chilean Wine by Concha y Toro. A Peruvian Cooking Demonstration was conducted by Marlon, the personal chef of the Peruvian Ambassador, H.E. Carlos Vasquez. Everyone was invited to try Ceviche, a seafood dish originating in Peru typically made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and spiced with ají, chili peppers or other seasonings including chopped onions, salt and coriander.
