Tohoku is a region located in the northeastern part of Japan's main island of Honshu. It consists of six prefectures: Aomori, Akita, Iwate, Yamagata, Miyagi, and Fukushima. Tohoku is known for its natural beauty, with a landscape that includes mountains, forests, lakes, and coastlines. The region is also famous for its hot springs, traditional festivals, and local cuisine, such as seafood, rice dishes, and sake.

Day 01 SIN-HND
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Tokyo.
Day 02 HND-AOMORI (-/Kaisen-don (Sashimi Rice Bowl)/Aomori set dinner)
Upon arrival (Pick up at Haneda Airport and take a domestic flight to Aomori Airport or pick up at Tokyo Station and take the Tohoku Shinkansen to Aomori) (接送至羽田空港搭乘国内航班飞往青森空港或接送至东京车站搭乘东北新干线前往青森车站)
Furukawa Market (青森古川市场): Not only can you purchase various items at the market, such as fresh seafood caught in the morning of that day, meat, vegetables, and processed goods, but you can also enjoy Nokkedon, a rice bowl filled with your favourite toppings.
The Nebuta Warasse (睡魔之家): is a facility that introduces the history and charms of the Aomori Nebuta Festival. You can try dancing to the Hayashi music like a Haneto dancer. You can also try your hand at playing the taiko drums used in the festival.

Day 03 AOMORI-TOWADA (B/Traditional Japanese set lunch/ Hot spring set dinner)
Hirosaki Park (弘前公园): is a famous hosting place for many events in Hirosaki city. It hosts multiple seasonal events such as, the Sakura Festival in spring, The leaf-viewing festival in Autumn and the snow lantern festival in the winter. It is a place commonly visited by the locals looking for relaxation.
Hirosaki Castel (弘前城): symbol of the park, is one of the few Japanese castles that has been preserved and remains to this day in its original structure persisting throughout the ages. Cherry blossom viewing at Hirosaki Castle (not going to the castle tower) (late April to early May)
Saruka Park (猿贺公园): is a 6.3-hectare park surrounding the Saruka Shrine. It can be enjoyed any time of the year In Spring, the pink flowers on almost 330 cherry blossom trees gorgeously decorate two ponds in the park.

Oirase Gorge Stream Hiking (奥入濑溪流景观步道): The Oirase Stream flows from Lake Towada on the border of Aomori and Akita prefectures through the equally scenic Oirase Gorge. Hiking or biking along it, you'll see why the stream and the gorge have inspired painters and poets for centuries.

Day 04 TOWADA-AKITA-IWATE (B/Pork Hot Pot Dishes/Hot spring set dinner)
Lake Towada (十和田湖): is in Aomori Prefecture, the largest caldera lake on Honshu, Japan's main island. Part of Towada-Hachimantai National Park, the area is well known for its autumn colours especially around the Oirase Stream, one of Japan's most famous autumn colour spots.
Otome-no-zō Statue (乙女像) The final work of artist Kotaro Takamura, it was completed in 1953 and has become a symbol of Lake Towada.
Akita BBQ Sticky Rice Stick DIY (米棒 DIY 体验): Speaking of Akita, many people think of kiritanpo, but Kazuno is said to be the birthplace of kiritanpo. DIY experience in the birthplace of kiritanpo
Kakunodate (角館) is a former castle town and samurai stronghold in today's Akita Prefecture. While Kakunodate Castle no longer remains, the town is famous for its samurai tradition and its hundreds of weeping cherry trees (shidarezakura). (late April to early May)

Day 05 IWATE-MIYAGI (B/Mutsu imperial meal/Shark Fin & Grilled Abalone Dinner)
Iwate Park (盛冈城迹公园): In 2006 this castle site was given the nickname of Morioka Castle Site Park to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Iwate Park. Though the castle no longer stands today, you can still see the beautiful stone walls throughout the park and enjoy the beautiful Cherry Blossom during the season.
Takamatsu Park (高松公园): Every year, during the cherry blossom season from late April to early May, the "Sakura Festival" is held, and the area around the pond is bustling with visitors.
Kitakami Tenshochi Park (北上展胜地): it is one of Tohoku's leading cherry blossom viewing spots. There is a row of cherry blossom trees about 2 km along the left bank of the Kitakami River, and it is crowded with many people during the cherry blossom season.

Day 06 MIYAGI-YAMAGATA (B/Matsushima oyster course lunch/Scallop Pot Dishes)
Matsushima Bay Cruise (松岛湾游船): Go on a cruise around Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan, and admire the island that has ties with Matsuo Basho (a Japanese haiku poet) and Date Masamune (a legendary warrior).
Ginzan Onsen Town (銀山温泉街): is a secluded hot spring town nestled in the mountains of Yamagata Prefecture. The area originally developed around a silver mine; however, these days it is better known as one of Japan's prettiest onsen towns with historic ryokan lined up along the river.

Day 07 YAMAGATA-ZAO-NASU (B/Japanese Set meal/Hot spring set dinner)
Mount Zaō (蔵王山 御釜): are a complex cluster of stratovolcanoes on the border between Yamagata Prefecture and Miyagi Prefecture in Japan. The central volcano of the group includes several lava domes and a tuff cone, Goshiki-dake, which contains a crater lake named "Okama".
Ouchi-juku (大內宿): is a former post town along the Aizu-Nishi Kaido trade route, which connected Aizu with Nikko during the Edo Period. Restrictions set by the shogunate required travellers to make their long journeys on foot and as a result, post towns developed along the routes to provide travellers with food, accommodations and rest.

Day 08 NASU-TOKYO (B/Tempura meal/Japanese Wagyu Yakiniku)
Ashikaga Flower Park (足利花卉公园): Japan may be best known for its cherry blossoms, but Ashikaga Flower Park is famous for its fuji or wisteria flowers. The wisteria is grown on overhead frames so the blossoms hang overhead like wisteria stalactites. Beautiful by day, they are also illuminated by night.

Assemble at the hotel and transfer to Airport for your flight back home.
