Itinerary:

Day 1: Hanoi

Xin Chao! Welcome to Vietnam.

Today, you will arrive in Hanoi. Upon arrival, your friendly guide will meet you and transfer to your hotel. You may enjoy your day at leisure.
Situated in the heart of Hanoi with its leafy boulevards and lakeside pagodas, this colonial-style hotel is ideally placed within walking distance to the famous Hanoi Opera House, Hoan Kiem (the Lake of the Restored Sword) and a number of art galleries and handicraft shops.

Day 2: Hanoi

This morning after breakfast, start your day with a private cooking class with Highway4, a popular restaurant in Hanoi (or similar) that receives outstanding reviews for its tasty menu. Then, hop on a cyclo to the market tour – a lifesaver if it’s a particularly sweltering day! After the market tour, return to the cooking studio to create a four-course meal.

Following which, continue your journey on a city tour of Hanoi. Visit the Old Quarter, Hanoi Opera House, St. Joseph's Cathedral, Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda.

This evening, enjoy dinner at a Press Club in Hanoi. Situated in the splendid surroundings of Hanoi’s French quarter, near Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Opera House, Press Club gives you the chance to experience a unique Michelin-star menu from the famous French Chef Alain Dutournier. Day 3: Halong Bay 

This morning, visit a pearl workshop before embarking on the cruise and learn how the Halong bay pearl is made. Then, arrive at the private guest lounge by Genesis.

Embark Genesis Regal Cruise enjoy set menu lunch with delicious local seafood while the cruise glides between the numerous small islands and the bay. In the late afternoon, explore 3 underwater caves. In this activity, guests have the choice of kayaking or sitting on boats rowed by the locals.

In the evening, join the “sunset party” on the open top deck of the ship. Then, enjoy dinner and soak in the warm and cozy ambience.

Day 4: Hanoi – Danang

This morning, enjoy a light and nutritious breakfast. Then, visit a floating house at one of the fishing villages on Halong Bay. Understand the information about culture, history of the place by locals. Take a last look of the Bay and feast on a delicious buffet brunch while cruising back to the harbour.

Arrive back in Hanoi in the afternoon and head for the airport to board a domestic flight to Danang.

Upon arrival in Danang, your friendly guide will meet you. Thereafter, hop into your private transfer and check into your accommodation and spend the rest of your day at leisure.

Day 5: Danang

Today after breakfast, head for Ba Na Hills. Then, take Ba Na Hills’ record-breaking cable cars over waterfalls and lush forest. You’ll soon arrive at the Golden Bridge, modelled like two giant hands holding a delicate golden thread.
Then, take another cable car to Ba Na Hills’ French Village. If you are up for a breezy ride, hop on the Alpine Coaster (optional), a luge ride that gives you complete control over the brakes and speed. The largest indoor arcade in Vietnam, Fantasy Park.

This evening, embark on a Food Tour with an Aodai Rider in Da Nang. Hit the streets for a dose of local street food in Da Nang and ride your way to the city's secret food spots on a motorbike. Guided by a professional team of Aodai-wearing female bikers, you're in for the ultimate Vietnamese experience as you roam the town's seediest parts all in the name of good food. Ready your taste buds because there will be 5 food stops waiting for you!

Along the way, you'll pass by Da Nang's iconic bridges – Dragon, Love, and Han River Bridges – overlooking the gorgeous Han River opposite the pristine beaches in town. You can buy souvenirs to take home at the Night Market before you float in the air on the Sun Wheel, the 4th largest ferris wheel in the world offering a spectacular view of the city. Don't forget to pay a visit at the Da Nang Cathedral, a 70m high Gothic-style church known to locals as the candy-pink cathedral.

Day 6: Hoi An

This morning after breakfast, go on a journey to explore the roads less travelled of Hoi An. Embark on a countryside tour of Hoi An and have a taste of local life on a Vespa. Set off from Café Zoom in Hoi An and ride over the bridge to Cam Kim island and along the riverside into the beautiful rural countryside. Stop by an Ancestral House and a traditional boatbuilders yard before we set off to explore the sleepy island villages. Ride through the breath-taking sceneries of rice paddies.

Next, learn from friendly local families the art of mat weaving, farming, and how to make (and eat) the perfect Banh Dap rice crackers.

After snacking on rice crackers, visit a local café to fuel up on local drip-coffee & learn the art of coffee roasting. Then we make our way to the coast at the Thu Bon river mouth, along roads lined with Casuarina Pine & Cashew Nut Trees. Finally, it’s up high and over the new bridge offering spectacular panoramic views of Hoi An, which takes us to the water coconut palm fringed Cam Thanh and then on to a local lunch in a restaurant at a picturesque location (seasonal)

Then, check into your accommodation for the night. Anantara Hoi An Resort boasts an enviable setting, less than a kilometre from the historic quarter of Hoi An, in lush gardens fronting the Thu Bon River. This evening, enjoy private dining and romance at Anantara.

Day 7: Hue

This morning, join a food tour around the city and get to experience the complete authentic taste of Vietnam’s former imperial city. Enjoy your foodie adventure by walking or riding a Vietnamese cyclo, a three-wheel bicycle taxi, driven by locals.

In the midst of your food binge, you can also hunt for souvenirs and trinkets at the famous Dong Ba Market and Night Market. Fill your appetite in this immersive journey to the belly of Hue culture.

In the late afternoon, travel to the quiet and beautiful province of Thua Thien Hue to enjoy a private tour and a spectacular seafood dinner on a floating restaurant on the Tam Giang Lagoon. With its sparkling waters and far-reaching horizons amidst a beautiful rural setting, Tam Giang Lagoon, one of the largest lagoons in Southeast Asia, has captured the hearts of tourists and numerous photographers for its scenic views.

Upon arrival, have a relaxing cruise along the lagoon and experience fishing with the locals! By 5:00 pm, roam around the area to find a good spot to watch the sunset, a time where the lagoon is at its most beautiful state. As the sun sets, gaze in wonder at the wondrous sight of golden waters and pink skies. Afterwards, savour a sumptuous seafood dinner on a floating restaurant with your travelling party.
